Drop in to study the Hirshhorn's distinctive Gordon Bunshaft-designed building, then use cardboard, wire, brads, and other materials to build Brutalist-inspired artwork. The activity takes place in Art School on the museum's lower level.
The studio welcomes young artists and adults, requires no ticket or reservation, and provides stroller parking in the lobby and on the lower level. Families seeking accommodations should contact the museum one to two weeks ahead when possible.
