Last updated: June 24, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Goalie, a text-message assistant for habits, reminders, check-ins, and follow-through. By texting or using Goalie, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Goalie. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use Goalie only with appropriate permission.

Text Messages

By using Goalie, you agree to receive service and transactional texts, including replies, check-ins, reminders, and account-related messages. Message frequency varies, and message or data rates may apply.

Your Content

You own the messages and other content you send to Goalie. You give Goalie permission to process that content to provide and personalize the service, maintain memory and reminders, and create aggregated or de-identified product insights.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Goalie for illegal, abusive, harmful, exploitative, spammy, or rights-violating activity. Do not try to interfere with, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

Not Professional Advice

Goalie is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, crisis service, emergency system, or substitute for professional care. AI responses, check-ins, and reminders may be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. You are responsible for your decisions, safety, and use of the service.

Third-Party Services

Goalie depends on third-party services for messaging, hosting, storage, AI, memory, and telecom delivery. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as Goalie changes. For questions, contact privacy@goalie.chat.
