The final July session looks at how art can help people envision the future. Children can experiment with squishy circuits, make their own medals, decorate with denim, and hear a performance by the Tidewater Winds Brass Ensemble.
Wonder Wednesdays pair hands-on art projects with multisensory activities, imaginative play, and live performance. The program welcomes different learning styles and abilities, and includes a dedicated space for children younger than four.
No registration is needed. Families can use the museum’s free onsite parking, and complimentary strollers, wheelchairs, and sensory-friendly bags are available.
