This free waterfront festival celebrates Hampton Roads’ Latino community through live music, Latin food such as tacos and empanadas, dance lessons, performances, and family activities.
A sensory-inclusive area is planned for guests who need a break from noise, lights, and crowds. The space offers trained staff, seating, tables, an accessible restroom, sensory tools, and separate areas for movement or recharging. Alcohol is restricted to guests 21 and older; bicycles, skates, skateboards, large umbrellas, tents, and outside speakers are not permitted in the park.
