Clever Chef Food Fun Level 1

This six-session cooking series teaches kitchen safety, basic food-preparation skills and recipe development. Participants prepare and sample food while progressing through orientation, nutrition awareness, recipe exploration, recipe development, skill application and a final showcase. Instruction and food supplies are included.

Dietary restrictions and allergies will be considered during planning, but the kitchen and equipment carry a high likelihood of cross-contact. A recreation-center membership or day pass is required. The source lists September 7 as an exception date with no class.
