Birding Community Science – Princess Anne

Help document local bird sightings as part of a student-led community-science project exploring biodiversity and ecosystem health in the Chesapeake Bay watershed. Instructors will introduce birding techniques, explain what to watch for and discuss why population counts matter.

Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars and a field notebook. A limited number of materials will be available to share, and instructors will supply relevant field guides. Advance registration is encouraged but not required; walk-ins are welcome.
