Families can prepare for the school year with free backpacks filled with supplies, haircuts, games, a bounce house, food, music, community vendors, giveaways, and one nonperishable food box per family. Backpacks, food boxes, and other giveaway items are available only while supplies last.
The program is open to the public and all listed activities are free. The City calendar marks advance registration as optional, although the event flyer includes a QR code for families who want to register ahead of time.
