Sourdough Scones Workshop

Spend the morning learning the techniques behind tender sourdough scones. Each participant mixes and shapes either smoked Gouda and green-onion dough or vanilla dough, then takes it home to bake. Instruction covers texture, timing, and how to reproduce the recipe independently.

The workshop also introduces sourdough-starter care. Guests feed an active starter during class and bring it home alongside their prepared dough, printed recipes, and notes. Fresh savory and vanilla scones are served for tasting.

Complimentary mimosas are available only to guests 21 and older. The organizer states that purchases are nonrefundable.
