RO Sushi Rolling Experience: A Hands-On Maki Class

A professional sushi chef leads beginners through the fundamentals of making maki. The evening begins with a welcome reception and a demonstration of traditional sushi-rice preparation and seasoning, followed by an introduction to the essential ingredients, tools, and techniques.

Participants then prepare their own rolls with hands-on help covering rice handling, nori placement, rolling, and clean knife cuts. Each guest can eat the rolls they make. The experience concludes with a chef Q&A and a light dessert.
