Families can choose a surprise novel whose cover has been wrapped and hidden, then unwrap their selection to discover a new read. The free pop-up book program is organized by the Tampa Downtown Partnership with Oxford Exchange and TeBella Tea Company; books are supplied with support from the Seminole Heights branch of the Hillsborough County Public Library.
No advance registration is required. This is one installment of a quarterly series, with the next published program scheduled for November.
