Children sample the fundamentals of ten sports—soccer, hockey, volleyball, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, football, track and field, baseball, and golf—in a noncompetitive setting. Age-appropriate equipment and repeating skill activities let participants develop at their own pace.
The curriculum builds balance, running, jumping, throwing, catching, and kicking while also introducing nutrition, major muscle groups, teamwork, patience, and self-confidence.
