A museum guide uses the enormous 1:400-scale model of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition to introduce the fair’s spectacle and complexity. The model depicts more than 1,500 buildings that filled Forest Park in 1904.
The 25-minute gallery tour introduces memorable figures such as David R. Francis and Geronimo and answers five frequently asked questions about the fair. Meet inside the 1904 World’s Fair gallery on the museum’s north side. ASL interpretation can be requested two weeks ahead.
