Landmarks Downtown Walking Tours

Choose an East or West tour exploring Downtown St. Louis architecture, history and preservation. East-route highlights include the Old Courthouse, Gateway Arch, Eads Bridge, Old Cathedral and Wainwright Building; the West route visits landmarks such as Union Station, City Hall, Central Library, Campbell House and Soldiers Memorial.

Tours cover roughly two miles at a leisurely-to-moderate pace and may last up to 2½ hours. They proceed in rain unless weather becomes dangerous, so bring water, comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Public sidewalks are accessible, although historic-building interiors may present barriers; contact the organizer ahead of time for accommodation planning. Groups are limited to 15 people.
