Children's Performance Series: Jody Redhage Ferber & Alan Ferber

Cellist Jody Redhage Ferber and trombonist Alan Ferber preview music from Building Elements, a project inspired by children’s instinct to build creatively with whatever materials are at hand. Their duo draws on classical chamber music, jazz improvisation, pop, indie rock, and blues.

Gates open at 9:30 a.m.; performances generally finish around 10:45, followed by a Q&A. No registration is required. Bench seating is limited, so families may bring a picnic blanket for the grass. Restrooms are available inside the Stupp Center on request, and audio description can be arranged with several weeks’ notice. Check the park’s website or social channels for weather updates.
