The event combines a scenic Forest Park 5K with a quarter-mile Kids Dash. The 5K route is planned to pass park landmarks such as Art Hill, the Emerson Grand Basin, World’s Fair Pavilion, and Pagoda Circle. The children’s course loops through Pagoda Circle, and every Kids Dash participant is recognized as a winner.
Walking, running, and rolling are welcome. Proceeds support Forest Park restoration and maintenance. A virtual 5K option is also available for participants who cannot attend in person.
