The Pacific Northwest’s longest-running African American festival begins a weekend of intergenerational arts and cultural programming. Families can encounter local entertainment, hip-hop, dance, gospel, photography, historical exhibits, visual art, food merchants and a community marketplace.

The festival is named for Sundiata Keita, the legendary ruler of the Mali Empire, and is produced with the Sundiata African American Cultural Association. Admission is free.
