Learn, practice, or simply watch salsa beneath the palms during a free outdoor community dance night. The program combines professional instruction with live music from Carlitos Medrano y Sabor de mi Cuba; Sandy and John of Mambo Groovin' Latin Dance Theater lead the dancing. An outdoor cash bar is also planned.
Museum galleries remain open free of charge throughout the event, and museum admission is explicitly open to all ages. Families can move between the plaza and the galleries as needed.
VTA is encouraged for transportation. Drivers can consult ParkSJ for downtown options; participating facilities provide 90 minutes of free parking.
