- Start at the east trailhead off Wedemeyer Street near Lobos Valley Overlook and follow the boardwalk west through Lobos Creek Valley.
- Turn around at the boardwalk's west end before Lincoln Boulevard, then retrace the same boardwalk to the east trailhead.
Good to know
This route starts at the east trailhead and turns around at the west end before Lincoln Boulevard. Continuing toward Baker Beach requires a road crossing that is not part of this walk. The agency calls the boardwalk flat and at-grade but does not publish numeric slope, cross-slope, passing-space, or boardwalk-edge details.
