Move outdoors with headphones during a 5Rhythms session blending free-form dance, exercise, and moving meditation. There is no choreography to memorize, and no prior dance experience or special skill is needed. Certified teachers Alessandro Moruzzi and Vehllia Tranne guide participants through movement inspired by nature and the five-rhythm practice.
Everyone is welcome, and participants younger than 12 attend free with garden admission. Adult tickets use tiered pricing, with the same experience at every level. Members can request 20% off paid tickets; tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
