Families can put their folding and engineering ideas to the test in a community paper-aeroplane competition at the Gardens’ Amphitheatre and Upper Terrace. Participants create paper aircraft and see how their designs perform.
The event is free, and advance registration is suggested. Yerba Buena Gardens is ADA accessible; families should prepare for the weather because the activity takes place outdoors.
