Golden Gate Park
Take a slow, contemplative forest-bathing walk inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku. Guide Ben Page uses sensory prompts to help participants notice leaves, birdsong, soil, textures, and other details while cultivating calm, presence, gratitude, and a deeper connection with nature. This is not an exercise walk or a race to a destination.
The organizer recommends participants be at least 12 because of the quiet pace. Bring water and dress in warm layers. Tiered tickets provide the same experience at every level; members can request 20% off. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
