Practice an intermediate warm Vinyasa flow among the tropical plants of the Conservatory's West Gallery. Instructor Nicolette Telech links breath and movement through strength- and flexibility-building sequences, mindfulness, music, and an emphasis on cultivating presence.
The ticket includes exclusive Conservatory access from 5–5:30 p.m. before the class. Bring water and a yoga mat—two mats may be more comfortable on the stone floor. The gallery is typically around 70°F but can vary, so dress in layers. Members can request 20% off; tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
