Wildlife Tracking Walk

Mission Trails’ experienced tracking team leads an easy family walk through the East Fortuna area. Participants practice spotting and identifying tracks and other signs left by animals that are seldom seen directly in the park.

Meet in front of the Ranger Field Station at the East Fortuna Staging Area. Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes and clothing suitable for kneeling near tracks; bring water, a hat and sun protection. No reservation is required, and the walk is canceled if it rains.
