Mothers and young babies can gather outdoors for tummy time, conversation, and practical guidance from Annie Guevara, CLC, and Candace Hallak, IBCLC. The hosts will share gentle tips concerning tummy time, postpartum life, and infant feeding while families meet others in a similar stage of parenthood.
Bring a blanket for yourself and your baby, plus any coffee or snacks you would like. The group will meet behind the splash pad beneath the shaded trees. The gathering is best suited to babies through 6 months, although the organizer welcomes children of other ages. Free parking is available.
