Archaeology Quest STEM Camp

This five-day investigation sends campers into the distant past. Children uncover dinosaur bones, track ancient animals, examine fossils and rocky habitats, and use evidence to explore how prehistoric creatures behaved.

Parent logistics

Register campers for the grade they will enter in the fall. Daily drop-off is 8:45–9 a.m. at the south-side business entrance, with pickup from 3:45–4 p.m. and photo-ID verification. Pack lunch, a snack and water each day, plus comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Some camp activities take place outdoors around Balboa Park.
