Dogs and their humans take over Presidents Way Lawn for a playful pet-cosplay gathering. The optional PAWSplay costume contest includes categories for solo pets, duos or larger groups, and decorated floats.
General attendance is free and does not require registration. Costume-contest entrants must register by midnight July 20.
