Free Community Evening: Mother & Child Cultural Enrichment & Food

Mothers and children are invited to an evening centered on cultural connection, family wellness, and community support. Children will participate in group activities, African cultural lessons, and grounding exercises while mothers gather separately for a supportive sister circle.

The families reunite for collective meditation and a complimentary communal dinner. Attendees may also use the institute’s community food pantry. The host states that all families are welcome.
