This is one day of the five-day Visual Story Lab camp week for ages 10–12. Campers combine visual art, photography, writing, and performance while exploring the museum and making original work. The week ends with a Young Artist Showcase for families.
Daily program
- 9 a.m.–noon — That’s So Random: Camera-Less Photography and Collage: Instructor Tahia Farhin Haque introduces alternative photography and collage while campers strengthen observational drawing and explore design through line, shape, rhythm, color, space, and volume.
- Noon–1 p.m.: Full-day campers eat a packed lunch; morning-only campers are dismissed.
- 1–4 p.m. — Screenwriting & Storytelling: Campers study how movies, shows, and videos move from written ideas to finished productions. They develop characters, dialogue, and action, then write short scripts and prepare a performance for the Friday showcase. The instructor was still listed as TBD.
