Quintana Community
A free beginner swim series teaching entry and exit, bubbles, bobbing, underwater retrieval, glides, floating, rolling, treading water, and coordinated movement on the front and back. No previous swimming experience is required.
Safety instruction addresses lifeguards, life jackets, emergency recognition, calling for help, and sun safety. Evening classes meet Mondays through Wednesdays; registration is required.
