This free beginner swim session covers safe entry and exit, bubbles, bobbing, underwater retrieval, glides, floating, rolling, treading water, and coordinated movement on the front and back. No prior skills are required.
Water-safety lessons address lifeguards, life jackets, emergency recognition, calling for help, and sun protection. Classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; registration is required.
