How Sweet It Is! Honey Extraction

The Alamo Area Beekeepers Association demonstrates how honey leaves the comb in a centrifugal extractor, is strained, and is bottled. Families can taste fresh local honey paired with small bites from the Garden’s culinary team, and each attendee takes home a jar. The demonstration welcomes all ages and experience levels.
