Families will watch Texas bats in the twilight and use a digital detector to hear ultrasonic echolocation. The naturalist-led program also introduces the many bat species found in Texas.
Meet at the Medina River Natural Area pavilion. Bring a flashlight and dress for the weather. The event is intended for nature enthusiasts of all ages, and advance enrollment is required.
