Bat Walk

Families will watch Texas bats emerge into the twilight and use a digital detector to hear their ultrasonic echolocation. The guided program also introduces the bat species that live in Texas.

Meet at the Medina River Natural Area pavilion. Bring a flashlight and wear clothing suitable for the evening weather. The program is presented as an all-ages, family-friendly experience; enrollment is required, and this occurrence was listed as full when inspected.
