Pioneer Day Drone Show

Salt Lake City’s free Pioneer Day celebration concludes with a half-hour nighttime drone show at Liberty Park. Families can attend the Days of ’47 Parade and other festivities earlier in the day, then settle into the park for the illuminated aerial display. The city uses drones instead of fireworks to eliminate fire risk.

Park guidelines and logistics

• All ages are welcome.
• Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
• Dogs may attend if kept on a leash.
• Parking is available on streets in the surrounding neighborhoods.
• Weather may cause cancellation or postponement.
