Perk Your Park — Allen Park

Help preserve Allen Park’s historic buildings and grounds by pruning, sweeping, raking, weeding, lifting, and removing plant debris. The work supports park beautification and reduces fire risk around the structures.

What to know

• Long pants and long sleeves are strongly recommended because the work area includes tall grass, thorny bushes, and uneven ground.
• Bring water and take breaks when needed.
• Each volunteer must register individually and accept the waiver.
• There is no parking inside the park. Enter on foot from 1300 South and meet at Allen Lodge before walking to the work site.
