The lawn is first-come, first-served general admission. Families may bring a blanket, low-back chairs, a small cooler, and a picnic. Food and nonalcoholic drinks are available for purchase, with water-refill stations inside. Wagons, carts, large coolers, cooking, pets, professional cameras, and recording equipment are prohibited.

The concert proceeds rain or shine, although lightning or high winds may cause a delay, pause, or shortened performance. Free parking is limited; a drop-off zone, bike valet, rideshare, and transit are alternatives. Accessible entry and a wheelchair area are available. Reentry is not permitted, and intense stage lighting may be used.
