Meet live birds of prey at close range with the HawkWatch team, then examine bird specimens such as feathers, eggs, and claws. Experts will help families recognize birds commonly seen around their communities and explain how raptors fit into Utah's ecosystems.
The program also explores HawkWatch International's conservation work and the ways researchers protect birds of prey and their habitats. This recurring lab program is held on the last Saturday of the month.
