Learn how tall buildings are engineered, then design and construct a framework skyscraper. Participants will test their structures against simulated earthquakes, strong winds, and heavy loads while exploring the natural forces that affect everything from small homes to future human habitats.
The activity is free and does not require registration. The Learning Space is wheelchair accessible; the program is not designated sensory-friendly and does not provide ASL or Spanish interpretation.
