NHMU’s annual celebration of insects and other invertebrates brings together scientists, educators, collectors, and bug enthusiasts. Festival programming includes expert talks, specimen displays, live-insect encounters, face painting, crafts, and the museum’s Bug Bar.

Saturday workshops include insect-inspired printmaking at 10:30 a.m., insect watercolor at 12:30 p.m., and butterfly pinning at 2:30 p.m. Workshops require separate registration; a workshop ticket also includes festival and museum admission. Members receive free museum admission and discounted workshops.
