Sierra Nevada Journeys offers a small-group, STEM-centered week combining themed science activities, nature exploration, water play, traditional camp games, and camper choice. Groups are capped at 15, and Camp Pollock’s air-conditioned lodge is used during afternoons or whenever outdoor heat becomes uncomfortable.
Daily logistics
- Drop-off: 8–8:15 a.m.
- Camp activities: 8:15 a.m.–3:15 p.m.
- Pick-up: 3:15–3:30 p.m.
- Optional aftercare runs until 5 p.m. Monday–Thursday; Friday aftercare is unavailable.
Campers should wear weather-ready clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and sturdy shoes. Families provide a morning snack and sack lunch; water is available on site. Fees are generally nonrefundable unless $50-per-session camp protection is purchased during registration.
