Monster Jam

Monster Jam fills the arena with 12,000-pound trucks competing in racing, skills and freestyle challenges. Families can expect two-wheel balancing, jumps, big-air stunts and an unscripted motorsports show featuring champion drivers.

Doors open one hour before the performance. A separately ticketed Pit Party runs from 10:30 a.m. to noon, offering up-close truck viewing, driver meetings, autographs and photo opportunities. A limited post-event driver meet-and-greet is also offered separately. Most Monster Jam shows last about two hours with a 15- to 20-minute intermission, but an exact end time for this occurrence was not published.

Know before you go

• Guests age 2 and older require tickets. Costumes are not permitted for guests age 14 and older.
• Monster Jam recommends hearing protection for children and adults. Families should also be prepared for possible pyrotechnics.
• Clutches and wallets must be smaller than 8 by 6 by 1 inches. Medical and parental bags are allowed after X-ray screening, and baby food or formula is permitted.
