Five-day camp

Campers study waves and shorelines in the Crocker’s seascape paintings, then explore real and imagined coastal environments through sketching and varied two- and three-dimensional projects.

Daily gallery visits, behind-the-scenes Museum access, collaborative and individual projects, and instruction from Crocker educators and local artists build art appreciation and familiarity with multiple media. The 8:1 camper-to-facilitator ratio allows children to work directly alongside instructors, and the week concludes with an art show. Camp activities prioritize exploration and process while also using the Museum’s outdoor spaces.

All supplies and a cotton Crocker Kid T-shirt are included. Optional extended care is available from 4–5 PM for $100 for the full session only. Space is limited, advance registration is required, and a limited number of scholarships are available through emoore@crockerartmuseum.org.
