Violinist Dr. Christine Choi and pianist Dr. Shinae Kim perform music by Robert Schumann and Maurice Ravel, then explore Johann Sebastian Bach’s relationship to the emotional intensity of Baroque visual art. Both musicians tour internationally and began their concert careers at age 11.
The educational performance lasts about an hour without intermission and takes inspiration from art displayed in the Museum. Arrive early for an optional Prelude Tour beginning at 2 PM.
