Rising grades 1–12 can choose from grade-banded morning and afternoon workshops led by professional artists. The week spans mixed media, sculpture, animation, jewelry, photography, and puppetry, with students creating finished pieces they can take home or present.

Session 7 classes

  • Grades 1–3: Colorful Sea Creations combines watercolor, stamping, printing, collage, and three-dimensional paper sculpture; Creating Cool Cities uses cardboard, foil, yarn, and other everyday materials to build a collaborative imaginary city.
  • Grades 3–5: Small Silly Sculptures uses reclaimed and unconventional materials to make several fantastical plants and animals; Paper Playground covers collage, drawing, printmaking, artist trading cards, buttons, boxes, and postcards.
  • Grades 6–8: Stop Motion Claymation moves from storyboarding and character design through photography and editing to a completed short film; participants use personal devices. Build Your Bling teaches metal stamping, chain assembly, beading, and wire wrapping through several wearable projects.
  • Grades 9–12: Digital Photography + Portraiture covers camera operation, composition, lighting, editing, and presentation; students supply a digital camera and laptop or tablet. 2D Paper Puppetry explores illustrative and shadow puppets, story development, character design, cutting, and wire-joint construction.
