Young engineers will use Snap Circuits Explorer components to investigate the basics of electricity and circuitry. Guided activities introduce base grids, switches, motors, resistors, capacitors and transistors while children assemble working circuits in a controlled, beginner-friendly setting.

The four-hour program begins with registration and a welcome, followed by an introduction to STEAM and the day’s lesson. It is designed for children age 8 and older, including participants with no previous electronics experience. Materials are provided and advance registration is required.
