Reiki for Children

This full Reiki Level I training is adapted for children ages 6–12. Through playful exercises, participants learn the history of Reiki, self-practice, hand positions, energy awareness and ways to offer a session to another person, an animal or another living thing. The curriculum also covers selecting and caring for a crystal, sensing or drawing an energy field, and practices intended to support calm and self-confidence.

Each student receives four Reiki attunements, a class manual, a completion certificate and crystals to take home. No prior experience is required. The organizer frames Reiki as a complementary relaxation and spiritual practice; it should not replace care from a qualified medical or mental-health professional.
