Moms and other caregivers can join children age 10 and younger for a 45-minute yoga and movement class led by Dose Yoga. The beginner-friendly session combines stretching, play and interactive movement with family wellness tips intended to encourage confidence, healthy habits and caregiver-child connection.

Doors open at 8:45 a.m. Families may remain afterward for lunch at the venue and use its on-site playground. Free parking is available.
