Learn which summer annuals thrive in central North Carolina’s heat and how to keep them producing flowers for bouquets. Topics include seed-starting and planting schedules, ongoing care and harvesting practices for longer-lasting flowers.
Participants make a bouquet with supplied annuals and take home seed packets. Beginners and experienced gardeners are welcome. Materials are included, advance paid registration is required, and cancellations are allowed until two weeks beforehand with a 15% fee.
