Courtney Joyce of Love Mom Yoga leads school-age children and their caregivers through a shared movement class. The session uses playful poses to get both children and adults moving, then closes with calm, uplifting quiet time.
The program is intended for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Families should bring a yoga mat if they have one; the library will have a limited number available. Registration is required.
