Build a Tiny World: Kids Terrarium Workshop

Children and their grown-ups will learn the fundamentals of terrarium design, explore tropical plants and assemble a small living ecosystem to take home. Each child can personalize the habitat with a slate-mounted animal, dinosaur or fairy.

Plants, substrate, decorations and step-by-step instruction are included, and no previous gardening experience is needed. Enrollment is intentionally small so the instructor can offer individual help. One adult should accompany each child.
